Having never been a fan of gyms and failing DIY at home, I googled personal trainers. I met James first and really liked his personal, non-judgmental and genuine approach - so I signed up then and there. He's fantastic to work out with and gives you exercises that match your ability level, extending them as you progress. There's no chance of boredom as no two sessions are the same! Addicted! These bootcamps are so addictive! The early start is a fantastic start to the day. When I started training with James I think I can remember struggling to do any situps and running was totally not on my radar. Now I can do a flippen bunch of situps, on a good day maybe even 65! And full press ups and have run a half marathon! I love the sessions with James, he is motivating, inspiring and is really awesome to work with. I have benefited immensely from the personal training sessions with James. In one month I've got fitter, faster, stronger and lost 3kg. The sessions were accessible but challenging, always up-beat and fun. James' experience allows him to have a least three levels for each exercise allowing unfit beginners to do all the exercises and then challenge themselves as fitness improves. I met a colleague recently who attributed Core Fitness Boot Camps as the reason for her new stunning figure and positive, healthy glow. Now; as a moderately to highly overweight individual; like many, I have struggled to maintain a desire and effective motivation to finally control my weight and achieve my fitness goals.
Admittedly; I was sceptical at the proposition of joining a boot camp for the very reason I did not want to be part of a group where I would never enjoy the training; where I was pushed beyond a level of comfort which would destroy my confidence and forsake enjoyment which I knew would be key to reaching my goals.
The first session I attended Boot Camp I throughly enjoyed it. James (Trainer) oozes a lot of passion towards his work and this shows in the way he runs each session. Each session is perfectly suited to a full body work out and leaves the entire team feeling a great sense of achievement. Not being an early riser; I really could not think of a more motivating factor and start to your day then a session with James.
I will continue to enjoy each session; after only a few weeks I can see a change not only physically but Im mentally stronger and I certainly thank James for running such great sessions that are truely worth every penny.
I couldn't advise in any stronger terms that anyone and everyone who wants to feel healthier, achieve their goals and do so in a friendly, motivating and enjoyable environment than to attend a Core Fitness Bootcamp and feel the difference - working out never needs to be a boring, un-motivating strain again!
Ill be building Core Fitness boot camps into my health regime for as long as time allows.
